Dear Silas,
You are now 5 months old and you are growing like a weed! You are such a happy happy boy and this picture is proof! You can now lay on your belly and hold your head up like a champ and are trying so hard to go into a full crawl. You kind of scoot around on your belly but don't really go any where yet. You love to spend time on your belly and don't really like to be held for very long. You can sit up pretty good (with help). Your favorite thing to do is watch Ellie doing all of the crazy things she does :) You want to put anything and everything in your mouth. You still aren't doing a great job of sleeping through the night and you absolutely refuse to sleep in your crib - only your play pen or monkey rocker will do.
You have tried all kinds of baby foods and pretty much like them all. You have a voracious appetite which is much different from your sister. You love playing with your piano/baby mat you, you are not a big fan of swimming and you really just love to take everything in. You love to smile. You love to laugh. Did I mention that you are a happy baby?!?
Now if we can just get this sleeping thing down - we will be golden!
