About Me

Welcome to our blog!! This is a blog about our life, mostly from Jennifer's perspective. We were married in July 2007 at the Wynn Resort in Las Vegas and then sealed together for eternity in the Albuquerque New Mexico Temple in June 2009. We welcomed Ms. Ellie Sophia into our lives on February 9, 2010 and she is absolutely the light of our lives. Then we added Silas Ian on January 4, 2013 and his smile just brightens our days. We live in Rio Rancho, New Mexico where Justin works as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and I pursue my PhD in Nursing while being a stay at home mom! Life is so chaotic but we really couldn't ask for a more perfect life!

Winter Cruise 2011 : Part 3 {St. Thomas and Half Moon Cay}

The third port we stopped in at was St. Thomas, Virgin Island and we didn't find much we could do here but we did walk around and look at all the cool beauty in front of us!

Our final stop was Half Moon Cay, Bahamas which is Holland America's private island and was the most beautiful place I've ever seen. Ellie had a blast swimming, building sand castles, running and relaxing!! Justin sat in his beach chair and relaxed more than I have seen him do in....well....since I've known him!!

Great place!

What a great cruise! It is so wonderful to see all of God's beautiful handiwork!!

     " The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork"
Psalm 19:1

We headed back to NM the day we pulled back into port and we were all exhausted!! The weather on the cruise was usually a nice and warm 80+ but we returned to temps in the 30-40's.....drastic difference!!

 It was nice to be home but we definitely had an amazing time.

There is only one question that remains: Where do we want to go next???
